Once every blue moon I check my old Gmail account. My email provider is privacy-focused and based in Europe, but I am not deleting my old Google account in case of impersonation.

Anyhow, this morning I found in my inbox:
- a panicky sounding email from Discord that my account is slated for deletion (YAY)
- an email from Mailchimp saying they are closing down my inactive account (THANKS)
- a fake recruitment email from Meta - which genuinely made me laugh 😂
