액터쥬의 건은 가해자의 반성과 사회복귀의 건전한 측면을 보는 사람도 있지만, 요즘시대에 필명을 끝까지 숨길수 있다고 생각한 부분부터가 오판이고(그걸 아는사람 손가락단속을 어케함 불가능함) 이부분 부터가 2차가해의 가능성을 가볍게 인지하고 있다는거고. 작품의 내용도 말로는 반성과 속죄의 의도를 가지고 경험을 살려 라고 말하지만 범죄의 가해 당사자가 피해자의 이해없이 범죄와 연관된 경험을 소재로 삼는건 윤리적 결여이며 자기미화(Romanticizing)의 위험이 있고.. 직업선택의 자유또한 무제한으로 보장되는게 아니다. 예를들면
