Apparently there's a group called the 分散型SNSユーザー有志(Decentralized SNS User Volunteers). It seems to be a separate decentralized SNS group from Tyazuki's 分散型SNSの会(Decentralized SNS Gathering) and Nawashiro's Decentralized SNS Meetup
