Una vintena de persones vam aprendre sobre el fedivers, i cam compartir dades i anècdotes sobre la nostra experiència amb les xarxes socials en general. The #mastodon app in fdroid is buggy in #grapheneos for me. It let's me scroll several posts but then repeats the same posts. Very odd. Only solution is to quit the app and start over.

I have some complicated thoughts on Nilay Patel's interview with the CEO of Hasbro.

The simplest of those is that I'm glad that, despite Patel having previously used his podcast to make transphobic jokes, he used the opportunity to ask why Hasbro was OK financing Rowling's transphobia.

"Separate the art from the artist" is a terrible fucking answer, though, and I wish Nilay had pressed on that.

FireRed and LeafGreen are not just the standard roms from 2004, they actually got the build system working and compiled a new build (with still unknown changes) more than 20 years later! Very interested in what changes they made.

He is a Silicon Valley old timer, listing on his resume as being Automattic's founding CEO and has been partner at a VC firm since 2005 that lists Ring (the surveillance company you pay to let them spy on your neighborhood with) and a few AI companies as highlights.
