あれが新バージョンとしてではなくてバイブコーディングで新しく作った別ソフトウェアとしたら、同じ仕様の別ソフトウェアをバイブコーディングして、コードの類似性が低いならライセンスがクリーンになるというのは受け入れられる気がするなあ。
そうでないとバイブコーディングしたソフトウェアは全部著作権違反で表に出せないことになってしまう。

벚꽃에 관한 민감한 주제.

벚꽃은 피면 아름다운 식물로 일본에서도 인식되고 있지만, 약 100년 전 일본은 아시아 각지를 통치하기 위해 전쟁을 벌이고 있었습니다. 마지막 결말은 여러분이 역사 수업에서 배운 대로지만, 일본군도 전쟁 때마다 희생자가 발생했기에 "우리는 피면 곧 지는 벚꽃이다"라고 비유한 군가가 있습니다.

전쟁을 경험한 나이 든 일본인 중에는 벚꽃을 보면 슬픈 일도 연상하는 분이 있습니다. 지금은 "벚꽃이 피었네! 아름답다!"라며 기뻐하는 사람뿐이지만, 그런 배경도 있다는 것을 알아주신다면 감사하겠습니다.

The time has come and I'm beyond excited 😁

We just opened registrations on catodon.rocks.

I know that Catodon created a lot of expectations when Firefish fell apart, and I'm sure many of you were disappointed to see it not going anywhere for a long time. This time I am doing it on my own, so things will happen the way they should have. And, although you can now check it out for youselves, I will say this: I firmly believe that it's better, on every level, than Firefish ever was. I was in both projects, I love them both, but Catodon combines the best features of Firefish and Sharkey, while also being very debloated, being much more comprehensible, and adding actually useful stuff - and I have more plans for the future.

I'd love to hear your feedback on the UX of Catodon, and see how we can improve it further! Let's create the fedi experience we deserve =)

Now, of course a campaign may help mobilise some to Europe, but how do we avoid growing European in the process?

I think the answer lies in combining with and free/libre open source as a precondition. These three traditions bring thousands of years, centuries and decades of experience to the table respectively, and bringing them together is the sweetspot, the win-win-win, for people, planet and collective profit.
