Programmers, can you inform me why people still use github? Its owned by Microsoft, promotes AI garbage, and that alone kind of makes it shitty as a place to host open source stuff in my book. As a simple plebian, am I missing something? I don't code, so does it offer something that other platforms don't?

寫雙囍的感想很難不想到自己也辦過的喜宴（雖然已經是十年半前的事了）
據說很多人被婚禮的細節嚇到，不過我並不排斥通過儀式，也還是很推薦想要和另外一個人共組家庭的時候辦場婚禮體驗一下。因為那會讓你徹底體會雙方家庭面對禮俗的態度，知道家裡意見不同的時候誰能作主，以及牽著你的手的人是不是可以一起體會其中酸甜苦辣並且依然覺得你非常漂亮的對象。
不是說非得要體諒有 parent issue 的人，只是誰不是早在情緒勒索還沒出現的時代就開始收藏父母的奇行怪狀。
看電影的過程應該有很多時候都會想著懷抱此等 parent issue 何苦，不過我也勉強長大到知道不是我自己能跨過去的坎，就對所有人來說都很輕鬆。抵抗父母真是很難啊！

Bought my first Framework laptop. Two things I want to note:
1. I’ve owned laptops from three different brands (Samsung, Apple, Framework) and in terms of quality nothing beats Apple’s MacBook so far.
2. The wireless card (MediaTek MT7925) is horrible. I’m not sure if that’s hardware or driver issue, but the network disconnects too frequently (e.g. git pull, browser, etc). Linux 6.19 received some patches for MT7925. I’ll test the new kernel in a few days and if it’s still broken I’m gonna fix the issue. It could be my first linux kernel contribution, although I wanna stay away from touching linux kernel code.
My new Framework laptop + Fedora system will be used for cross-platform kernel debugging work and low-level/virtualization stuff while my FreeBSD workstation is at the foundation’s office.
