Weird anecdote: Last night someone threw a piece of rolled up outdoor fiber installation cable over the fence into my parents garden and ran away.
I don't know what to make of it.
I'm not regularly installing fiber beneath the street, so I'm clueless, is it useful to someone? I can bring it to #39c3
