If you report a post because you disagree with it, but that post is not in any way threatening, abusive, or blatantly hazardous to the general community, then what the mods actually learn from your report is that you’re below the “must be this emotionally mature to ride” line of interacting with strangers.

And when the real wolves prowl your menchies, your reports will go unheard because your last twenty supposed wolf sightings got you tuned out as meaningless noise.
