Scam idea:

1) Pretend to run a "conversion therapy" practice.
2) Demand up-front payment.
3) Tell the abusive parents that you can work more effectively if you deal with their kid in private.
4) In private, tell the victim that they should get their own bank account if they don't already have one, and route all the money the parents are paying you to the victim.
5) Also tell the kid that being queer is 100% good and they shouldn't listen to their parents.

One difficulty may be that, depending on jurisdiction, there may be a minimum age to get a bank account that you're parents can't monitor. You could work around this by claiming you specialize in "treating" young adults. Maybe it would also be possible to hold the money in escrow until the victims turn 18, but that could be harder.
