The other day my girlfie suggested we should start doing little exercises like jumping jacks or sit ups throughout the day. Then I also saw @alice๐Ÿ…ฐ๐Ÿ…ป๐Ÿ…ธ๐Ÿ…ฒ๐Ÿ…ด (๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿฆ„) post a screenshot of the habit tracker they use and thought that would probably be helpful. I started using that yesterday and have been filling in whatever little things seem useful to have in there. It's neat :3
