JAXA astronaut Kimiya Yui is getting ready to brew some sake in space aboard the ISS under simulated moon gravity conditions.

Goal: Brewing sake on the moon some day.
Ingredients: sake rice (Yamada Nishiki), Koji and yeast + water.
Fermentation period: ~30 days
Moon gravity: Simulated using centrifuge.
Volume: ~500 ml
Sale: 100 ml bottled sample for 100 Million Yen, proceeds donated to space exploration.
