SKT 유심 대란 해결법
1. 과기정통부가 일단 현재 상황에 대해서 조치들을 시정명령으로 때린다. (유심 관련이던 번호이동 관련이던 내용은 크게 무관)
2. 시정명령 제대로 안따르면 전기통신사업법 20조 1항 6호에 따라 신규 영업 정지를 먹인다.
3. 이제 신규 영업을 못하니 기존 고객들 관리만 해야하니까 신규고객용으로 빼놓은 유심까지 내놓으라 요구한다
