What are folks using dead simple GIS work? I am brand new to GIS and am looking for affordable (sub $150/mo) tools that will allow me to upload data I get from city FOIA requests to create maps showing surveillance device placement, segregation info, 911 calls, etc. Bonus points if it has a free tier that I can mess with to learn before actually using it for my work. #GIS #software #mapping
