Okay, technically, glass blocks are more wall than window. Until you happen to be standing naked inside a building made of glass blocks.

Perspective matters.

Here is just one section of one glass block wall: 13 glass blocks wide, 17 tall, spanning all of the first floor and a bit of the basement and second floor levels. The grid of glass blocks is partially lit from within. One can make out long tubes of fluorescent lighting fixtures on my glowing yellow, shining through the blue green blocks of glass.

I see this building every other day: it's right across the street from my gym.
