Even if they say that in a platonic way, others can still misinterpret that as inappropriate and take action against a minor or an adult who does that.

Minors: if you have something like the examples above on your profile, you are asked to remove it.

To everyone: if you see something suggestive of a kink relationship in a minor's profile, please report it to your admins.

To admins and moderators specifically: if you learn of such behavior, follow your moderation policies to handle it as appropriate on your instance.
