Official diagnosis isn't available to everyone for a whole variety of reasons(financial, ability/disability, transport issues, availability of specialists, the option for diagnosis isn't available in their country/country doesn't recognise the condition, it's not safe to be officially diagnosed etc etc), but that doesn't mean accommodations aren't still needed.
