An ICE action in Newton turns rough, and secrecy follows

Federal agents smashed the windows of a car and pulled out two men, video footage shows. They handcuffed out man and dragged the other one out; he struggled until five ICE agents pinned him to the ground and he can be heard screaming. A neighbor shouted at the agents to stop.
