@KimPerales I never know what the actual technical name for it is but I swear there's an attention blindness or fatigue that comes with this sort of thing - like FAA employees deal with. You can't be vigilant constantly or actually critical when 95% of it is fine

There are a few terms:
- Attention fatigue (due to long exposure)
- Vigilance decrement
- Habituation
But the funniest one is the “autopilot effect” or “cruise control effect”.
