How come criminal psychopaths run the place?

No more than 1% of the popn & typically marginalised by their communities, today's criminal psychopaths have organised to an unprecedented level (via the internet, for all its goods)

For psychopaths, power is everything. Money is just a means to it

They have no empathy, so no conscience.

The disorder is so far incurable; only we can stop them.

Even chimps throw out bully leaders.

Civil disobedience is not our problem. Our problem is civil obedience. Our problem is that people all over the world have obeyed the dictates of leaders.
