Report: Somali president says Israel's recognition of the breakaway region, Somaliland, is about "Israel’s plans to forcibly displace Palestinians from Gaza."

Reportedly, in exchange for Israeli recognition, Somaliland has agreed to:

* resettle Palestinians;

* an Israeli military base on the Gulf of Aden;

* join the Abraham Accords.

No other country in the world has recognised Somaliland in three decades.
