Indeed @AudreyBras. High-speed rail must be competitive and affordable. Experience in countries like Spain and Italy shows that greater competition leads to lower prices and more passengers. To achieve this, we will tackle infrastructural, commercial and technical barriers, including rolling stock availability and access to service facilities. By removing these obstacles, we aim to foster the development of new rail services and open the market to more companies.
