#Ukraine Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha urges an EU-wide entry ban for russians involved in Ukraine’s aggression, citing long-term security and protection for #EU citizens.

Estonia’s national measures prove the approach works, and Sybiha calls for EU-wide adoption.
