生食用のかつおをレアに焼き上げて、ぽん酢と青ねぎのソースをかけてかつおのステーキを作った……のだが、かつおのたたきっぽくなった。俺が作ったのはかつおのステーキなのかつおのたたきなのかはさておき、美味しく生食用のかつおを料理することができた。
