Four passersby rushed into a police station in Romford, Essex to assist the police. They were alerted by shouting and screaming. The commotion was caused by Valerie Taylor, 18, arrested for driving a motor-scooter while unfit through drink. Taylor even kicked a policeman and threw things about.
