From the Sameer Project in South Gaza, Wednesday Oct. 15:

$241,344 spent on 1.3 million liters of water, 19,250 meals and 26 tents in 10 days!

"The ceasefire has finally been announced providing Palestinians in Gaza with a huge sense of relief and pure joy. Unfortunately the loss and grief shortly sat in and people are processing the magnitude of pain they have had to endure for two years.

This is why the Sameer Project will keep going and keep providing relief and support to the Palestinians in Gaza for as long as needed. People have already started returning to the North and we would like to support them on their journey back on Rashid street by providing food and water."
