If you are in a position to influence conditions in a shared workspace/office and want cleaner air, try pitching getting a HEPA filter as a way of reducing sick leave.

It doesn’t take many avoided sick days to repay the initial outlay.

You don’t even have to mention COVID if you don’t want to.
