@privacyguides a while back I found a statistic that really stuck with me and put things in perspective. We're a pretty online bunch in the Netherlands, with nearly everyone using their devices consistently and constantly. Yet only about 80% know how to copy a file. I wish I knew where I got that from. I have found talking about the big picture helps a lot more than mentioning anything tech related.
