In 2018, I first pitched my novel THE ALGORITHM WILL SEE YOU NOW to literary agents

I’ll always remember this one agent who insisted it couldn’t be a #thriller bc there wasn’t a #crime

I explained the crime = corporation covering up a hidden flaw in #AI —> withheld treatments leading to deaths of innocent people

She stared at me blankly

Anyway I found a publisher in 2022 and the book was published in 3/2023

Thinking about that interaction a lot these days for no particular reason …
