Physically cover your webcameras. Way WAY too many web calls end up enabling your camera by default, and then you're sitting there in your bathrobe or chewing lunch or whatever in front of all your colleagues... Even if there's not a physical shutter, a roll of painters tape is cheap and will last you for forever.
