UNMASK ICE. All ‘law’ enforcement should be prohibited from masking and their names & addresses, biometrics registered with local municipal and state governments. Just masking while doing what they do should be grounds for arrest.
There must be recourse for victims of their abuse.

That said, people protesting *should* be masking for covid & their identity protection as best as possible.
