Yesterday, I had one of those gut-check moments—the kind that stop you in your tracks. The kind that leaves you altered.

It was a painful reminder that despite all our talk about justice and equity, there’s still so much foundational work to do if we’re serious about building a future of work that’s truly just, inclusive, and humane.
