Hugging FaceがGit LFSをやめてストレージ的にもアップロード、ダウンロード速度的にもより効率的なやり方を開発して導入したらしい。

if-modified-sinceが使えなくなったのはこれのせいかな。
このXet用クライアントをRubyでも実装するのがいいのか。
