VADがRubyの配列やMemoryViewを受け取れるようにした。

これがリリースされれば、今ファイル経由で

ノイズ除去 -> ファイル書き出し -> VAD -> ファイル書き出し

ってやっているところ、一つ目の書き出しを省くことができる。
