@mayintorontoMay Likes Toronto I'm with you. At my company, I start everyone off at $33/hr with regularly scheduled pay increases for length of employment. I feel like that's really the only metric that honestly matters. If you're doing your job, you're doing your job. If I want you to do a different job, or do your job differently, I need to offer you a different level of compensation. And if you're not doing your job, you can get the heck out of my company.
