Dear Driver in the car with the illegally dark tinted windows,

The reason I would not go when I had the right of way and you had your right blinker on is that I could not see you, the driver.

If I cannot see you acknowledge that I am crossing in front of you as a pedestrian or as a bike, I don't cross. Got it?

There is a reason window tints are regulated.
