The hold time on this phone number has me suspicious... did a bunch of other people in #Alameda County also get a recent juror summons that does not recognize your badge number and date of birth? This... feels like it might be a broader software bug than the typo I initially thought if we're at just "over an hour" of holding. The last time I called them i'm not sure I even waited?

Though it also says I'm second in line, so maybe just the phone system isn't working quite correctly?
