Made bread with mom

As I was plannig to spend some time in my home town and I wanted to gift something of immediate tangible benefit to my mother, I decided to bring some sourdough starter with me.

At home I always leave bread making in the expert hands of my partner so this was an opportunity to learn and teach at the same time.

We had a very detailed recipe (also courtesy of my partner) and as you can see everything went fine.
