Old Salmon netting stakes at Douglas Hall on the Solway in South West Scotland. The structure is mostly gone now as netting stopped as a result of declining fish numbers over 10 years ago and is no longer maintained.

A spiders web structure of posts and ropes set into the Solway mud in South West Scotland. Silhouetted against a stunning cloudy sunset, both the posts and the sky are reflected in the pools left by the receding tide.
