이거 조금 생각해봐야 하는게,
AI 그림이 저작권 보호대상이 아니라고 판결했는데
정작 결과물은 저작권이 있는 내용물을 넣고 생성한것이기 때문에 간접적으로 저작권 있는 창작물의 저작권을 없애버린것이 됨
AI 그림이 저작권이 없으니 그 AI 그림을 또 생성형 AI의 재료로 써도 합법이라는 얘기가 될 수도 있고
내가 잘못 이해했거나 저 번역이 틀린게 아니라면 말이지
