talking about wild product design, I recently stumbled upon a british eBay offer that I don't wanna keep from you.

RIGHT ANGLE COMPUTER

An early 2000s computer with a blue plastic case. The front looks pretty normal, but the back is where it gets weird – the photo is taken at an angle from the front and you can see the ports poking out on... the left side? Yeah. This computer has the mainboard mounted in a 90 degree angle from the front. what the hell.

The side of the computer with the ports. It looks like a normal mainboard I/O cutout you'd find on any computer, but a special thing here is that the IEC power cord plugs into an extension cable and not the actual power supply. The power supply is hidden somewhere inside the thing.

The top of it. It looks like a weird radiator, because the rear piece has a round top with vent cutouts that could be from something else. definitely not computer shaped.

a photo of the inside of the machine, it's mounted on a hinge so it's actually rather easy to service. It's a normal Pentium 4 machine from the early 2000s, nothing special there, it's just the case that's super weird.
