An image showing how the previous post ('This was quite unclear...') is rendered in the C2S client I'm writing. The client is showing the normal stuff (who the post is from, the text content and so on) but a few other useful bits like who it's replying to, who it was actually addressed to, and also a couple of 'tags' like 'Activity ID'.
