The Islamic University in Gaza City has reopened for in-person classes, welcoming hundreds of students after being closed for two years due to the Israeli genocide.
Many buildings on campus were completely or partially destroyed, and some are still under reconstruction, but the university has nevertheless resumed operations for students determined to continue their studies.
