A group of 25 Swiss lawyers filed a complaint with the International Criminal Court accusing the Swiss government of failing to uphold its international legal obligations regarding Israeli genocide in Gaza.

The complaint accuses Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis of facilitating Israeli military attacks, pointing to millions of Swiss francs in military and dual-use exports to Israel in 2024 and 2025 as material support for the war.
