A CPJ report reveals dozens of Palestinian journalists faced torture, sexual assault, and hunger after being abducted by Israel during the two-year war in Gaza.

Since October 7, 2023, 94 journalists were abducted, 60 from the occupied West Bank and 33 from the Gaza Strip, most held without charges under administrative detention.

30 remain in custody, and over 200 media professionals were killed during the genocide. Testimonies describe severe physical, mental, and sexual abuse.
