Looking for suggestions! The DE&I book club at work is looking for a new book to discuss and I nudged the theme of ableism.

What are your recommendations?
For non fiction I'd expect something about the medical vs social model, but haven't read a book on the topic myself.

As background: colleagues with visible disabilities is not common for us, neuro diversity is definitely common (that does not mean understood ๐Ÿ˜‰). Allyship, different cultures, gender diversity and racism have been discussed
