In my isolation life, I find that I can think I'm okay about something until the rare occasion that I talk with another person, and then when I talk out loud about the same thing I fall apart.

I suspect this may be related to the ambient stress of these times combined with how rarely I hear direct human speech or engage in a conversation that is not time-shifted.

Can anyone who lives in relative silence or isolation relate?
