퍼블리셔 콘텐츠 마켓플레이스(Publisher Content Marketplace, PCM)는 AI 시스템에 제공되는 콘텐츠의 품질을 높이고, 정보를 제공하는 퍼블리셔에 수익을 제공하며, AI 서비스를 이용하는 사용자가 더 나은 답변을 받을 수 있도록 하는 3가지 목표를 동시에 지향한다. 마이크로소프트는 “퍼블리셔는 실제로 전달된 가치에 따라 보상을 받고, AI 개발자는 제품 품질을 개선하는 데 도움이 되는 라이선스 기반의 프리미엄 콘텐츠에 확장 가능하게 접근할 수 있다”라고 설명했다.
