I've painfully found out that not every VPS hoster featuring an IPv6 /64 range does actually route that /64 prefix to your VPS. That is the answer to my 2-day struggle to understand why my wireguard clients don't have IPv6 connectivity as I expected them to just out of box.

Apparently will have to learn more details about IPv6 and understand that NDP proxy thing...
