I'm not very comfortable with things that broadly refer to trans people as 'could be anything - I don't care if you're an alien or a robot or a sea creature' etc. Whilst I get the message behind it is supposed to be positive/inclusive, I can't help but see it as 'othering'. Is that a me thing? Am I misreading that?

It just sounds a bit to me like "I don't mind if you're a *X* or another weird thing outside of the normal range"

I might be overthinking this.
