Blue-winged Kookaburra. Apart from their maniacal laugh, Kookaburras are also known for their snake-hunting technique, where they grab a snake and bash its head against a branch or rock before swallowing it. This one's looking sinister, so he must already be in executioner mode, with that laugh soon to follow.
